★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日治時代的酒家~高賓閣，民國60年改為彰化鐵路醫院。建築外觀~大輪船的外型，女兒牆~輪船的樓艙，屋身~船艙的圓窗，正立面~特殊幾何造型不對稱山牆，有設計天井。目前1樓有玖+書局。
 Gaobin Pavilion, a restaurant in the Japanese Occupation era, was renamed as Changhua Railway Hospital in the 1960s. Building appearance~the appearance of a large ship, parapet~the cabin of the ship, the hull~the round window of the cabin, the front elevation~asymmetrical gable with special geometric shape, and a design patio. Currently there is Jiu + Bookstore on the 1st floor.

目前二樓尚未開放，一樓僅有一家商店和一家二手書店，其他感覺空間正在招商及規劃，期待更多特色店家進駐賦予老建築新生命～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彰化市政府新加上的元宵節造景，好像賦予這棟老建築新的生命！每次不同時間經過都有不同的感受和新的美等待發現，超棒的，希望市政府不要移除這些燈籠
The newly added Lantern Festival landscaping by the Changhua City Government seems to give this old building new life! Every time I pass by, I have different feelings and new beauty waiting to be discovered. It's great. I hope the city government will not remove these lanterns.
