偶然發現網路上好評的香題就在崇德路上
上週五4點到訪
雖然是平常日
但是店內約有8成滿的客人
點了草莓莓果千層
草莓新鮮香甜搭配進口莓果成的內餡夾心
千層皮交疊著奶油
點心叉切下 入口的瞬間 覺得太幸福
莓果餡很天然的味道
吃起來不感到膩口
酸甜比例令人是舒服的感受
濃厚款的拿鐵也很好喝
下次會再回訪吃其他不同口味的蛋糕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咖啡與千層蛋糕的表現都在水準之上，香濃醇厚的咖啡與鮮甜爽口千層蛋糕很搭，千層佐以新鮮水果及滑順不膩香甜的奶油入餡，好吃也很耐吃，不過我個人覺得千層蛋糕的口感略嫌薄弱，幾乎被水果奶油餡壓住了，雖說料多味美但有點可惜！當然個人喜好不同也不能說是缺點

但不知道是不是因為接近打烊購入
蛋糕離製作完畢的時間過久
總覺得蛋糕有點出水
餅皮沒有什麼口感有點可惜
下次會想再購入其他口味試試看有沒有更好的體驗??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想不到家裡附近有這麼好吃的千層蛋糕店，草莓系列的蛋糕也超好吃的。
鮮奶油的部分，吃起來像是很清爽的生乳，不會太甜而膩。
巧克力的口味，真的很濃郁，喜歡吃甜點蛋糕的人，一定要來嚐嚐！
I didn't expect that there is such a delicious thousand-layer cake shop near my home, and the strawberry series of cakes are also super delicious.
The fresh cream part tastes like very refreshing raw milk, not too sweet and greasy.
