★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛好在附近工作就來朝聖一下，瓜仔肉飯不錯吃，但炒麵就有點偏油…麵體本身比較硬一點但加上小魚乾辣椒之後就更上一層味道超級好吃
I just came to make a pilgrimage when I was working nearby. The melon pilaf is delicious, but the fried noodles are a bit oily... The dough itself is a bit tougher, but with the addition of dried fish and peppers, it tastes even better. It's super delicious.

尤其是炒麵那個麵條有夠粗
吃到後面會噎喉
純粹只是便宜而已
還有油豆腐湯的豆腐很厲害
辣椒也還行
To be honest, fried rice noodles and fried noodles are very ordinary
Especially the chow mein noodles are thick enough
Choking after eating
It's just cheap
And the tofu in the oily tofu soup is amazing
Chili is ok too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於大里的知名店家，頗受在地人支持。若以未添加任何額外醬料前的「原味」做比較基準，阿成的炒麵麵體偏硬而有嚼勁，滋味則是像不少人描述、算是阿成一大特色之一的比較有「鍋氣」，單就這原味而言阿成的炒麵在我心中是台中的前幾名；此外，阿成的醬料有比較少見的辣椒小魚乾，這辣椒小魚乾可以在標準的東泉辣醬和蒜泥之上更進一步增添口味的路線和繽紛程度。
這次另點標準一套的另一部份 - 湯 - 也是令人滿意，酸菜是傳統口味但加得不多，湯頭和豬料都可以品到新鮮豬料的香氣。
若剛好在大里可考慮一訪
A well-known store located in Dali, popular with local people. If the "original taste" before adding any additional sauce is used as a benchmark, Ah Cheng's fried noodles are firm and chewy, and the taste is as described by many people, which is one of Ah Cheng's major characteristics. In terms of the original taste, Ah Cheng's fried noodles are among the top ones in Taichung. In addition, Ah Cheng's sauce contains the rare dried chili fish, which can be eaten in standard Dongquan. On top of hot sauce and mashed garlic, it further adds to the line and variety of flavors.
This time I ordered another part of the standard set - the soup - which was also satisfying. The sauerkraut was traditional but not much added. Both the soup and the pork stock could taste the aroma of the fresh pork stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and local breakfast in classic style of Taichung. Inexpensive price and decent food. Open until 1 pm. Note that there is no air conditioner so can get really hot in summer.
