櫃檯服務快速又好很周全

散步常路過此處，會來此繳費，但多數是借用厠所（年老者的毛病），它蠻乾淨。 另，職員態度親切，解說也很清楚。

我遇到的問題是手機突然關機死機，所以有點緊急來求助，除了有幫我弄好其實人員也附了相當詳細而且態度非常之良好的解說跟建議，只能說不給個五顆星會違背我的良知，謝謝

服務專員很親切，對於合約流程 分析很詳細，而且更換數據機很 專業。

在淡水老街的後端，服務處後面即淡海，可看夕陽。地點方便，進出人多，需抽籤叫號，服務親切，但到社區的光纖網路布線作業效率差，從兩年前申請時告知即將半年內完成，已親自櫃台詢問都一樣，到半年前已拉線至設區各住宅入口玄關鐵箱內，又過半年了都未裝相關裝置作住宅安裝，今再次查詢，還是沒消息。

Not a 5-star hotel but I give it a 5-star rating because I had no issues with anything here. Quiet, peaceful, and right in the heart of Old Town Tamsui. We lucked out with a beautiful view of the Tamsui river. There is a nice balcony on the 4th floor where you can bring beers or food and chill while you watch the sunset from the famous sunset spot. At night, you don’t hear anything. The city goes to bed and you can hear whispers from people on the streets below. So very, calming. The room itself was big in size with nice wooden floors. Comfortable bed with a large TV and larger than normal hotel-sized fridge. Each shower comes with shower gel and shampoo pumps attached to the wall. They provide you with tea, a hot water boiler and towels. If you need water, simply go down the hall to their ‘kitchen,' located on each floor. You will find a water dispenser for hot, warm and cold water. There is also a spin-dryer for wet clothes. Lobby is located on the 3rd floor. You feel protected staying there because you need a keycard to enter the building.
