A	Anita Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, set your expectations- this is a 2.5 star hotel by international standards, and it’s clientele is local group tourists, so don’t expect 5-star amenities and services. Having said that, the hotel’s location is great- right by the river, YouBike stations outside the door, and the light rail station is 3 minutes away. The price is very competitive and the rooms are clean and spacious! (Highly recommend the rooms facing the river!) The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very charming and lots of food, drinks and creative artsy stuff around. Also spacious walking areas nearby. Now the not-so-nice part: the TV didn’t work quite well as the highest volume was still barely audible. The breakfast was below par - even the coffee was cheap. Fortunately, the area offers a lot of great food and drinks options at a stone’s throw. All in all- this is hotel is at a great location and the price is unbeatable. Just skip the breakfast and explore and enjoy other great food options that Kaohsiung offers!
A	Ariel Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I had a great experience here for a small get-away day as a Kaohsiung local. Check in experience is alright. There is auto-check in machine and staff there are really helpful. They gave us a late night snack voucher that goes from 9:00 to 11:00. Food selections are limited but it is still a great program. The room has great lighting, awesome space for a 2.5 star hotel. We brought our own pizza and had a great pizza party experience. The room we reserved is without breakfast. But there is not a lot of breakfast options nearby. We still purchased breakfast vouchers from the front desk which is 200 NTD per person. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for its price. But great experience overall

Electric bike should be better compared to the rental price. (300NT/3 hours). 1 minute walk from LRT love pier station.(they suggest me to exit from KMRT Yanchengpu station which is 15 minutes walk from there. 4471NT per 2 nights on weekdays.

Breakfast food is not fresh and bad! Feeding pigs? Veg is soak with water and turn brown. Only Japanese dressing! No Caesar or thousands island dressing! What is this ? 3rd world hotel or only local focus? Way to expensive!!! I'll not recommend
R	Rick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool interior design, dark ambiance, bed is super comfy along with the sheets, cleaning service is great, friendly staff, however there isn’t a common area or dining area in it, feels like a business hotel. Great location. The water pressure for the sink and toilets is amazing. Super strong and heats up instantly. Since there wasn’t any dining areas and close by there is lots of shops around to get food or bring back to the room. At night just outside the hotel there is city bikes where u can just ride along the river and has a beautiful view for night ride then u can ride to a couple of night markets and get late night snacks like we did.

Make us wait till 3 pm to check in ! Check out 11am ! delay checkout at 200 NT per hour? Wake up! Are you running a 4 star facility with a motel mindset? Or are you so hard up on profit? Stuff are rude, persistent to insist on trivial issues. Their vocabulary do not have please, kindly welcome or tank you. I was brush aside while getting my coffee because stuff need to replace milk on the other machine.

The hallway smelled nice. room was big, just a couple of weird things like there was no table (coffee table) and there was no main bathroom door in the room. Depending on where your room is, you might not have a view!
S	Siam Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I was kinda puzzled by the negative reviews. I've had a really amazing stay over here. The check-in process was really smooth. In fact, they have quite an amazing self check-in option. The deluxe double room was really big for what I paid. And it had all the necessary facilities. The hotel itself is conveniently located. Just a minute away from the LRT station. There were several interesting local attractions nearby too. The bathroom in my room had an interesting layout. The shower and the toilet areas were in separate sections, each with its own door. Pretty neat! Breakfast seemed to be comprised more of Taiwanese cuisine but still had some pretty good western options as well.
