I applied for a stored-value card, and the clothes were not hot or dry at all for 40 minutes. I called the customer service and asked if I had loaded too much. In the end, I said that there should be no gas, but I couldn't get a refund! I came to wash again every other week, but it still won’t get hot. Is there no gas or the machine is broken? It’s a waste of time...
