1. 開完戶也沒告知客戶預設密碼，然後登入去修改密碼。
2. 電腦下單也沒跟你說憑證怎麼用，要自己網路google找資料。
3. 開完後基本上只關心錢匯進去了沒有、下單了沒有
4. 對客戶的疑問在答覆時特別沒耐心（我要是都懂你們銀行、證卷的內部作業 我還問你幹啥）
5. 能去評價好的就去，不要花錢找氣受。

2. I didn't tell you how to use the voucher when I placed an order on the computer. I had to google it myself to find the information.
3. After the opening, I basically only care about whether the money has been remitted and whether the order has been placed.
