今天和朋友去挑家人的母親節禮物,有一位服務人員叫Dolly 林小姐 想讚賞她因為她很有耐心的幫我們解決付款問題。儘管猶豫不決的時候也是超有耐心幫我們做刪選還當model讓我看很久(不好意思) ,之後還因為是母親節禮物 特地準備卡片和怕我們之後逛會口渴準備兩瓶水讚讚的!?

買了個公事包每天上班認真提,兩年過後提把邊膠龜裂,也沒怪誰的意思,畢竟每天提使用強度很大,送去維修,雖然店員說需要修兩到三個月我也能接受,就慢慢等吧。隔兩週女店員打來先是說修好了,後來說搞錯了說這不能修,他們沒辦法處理,也沒有想提供其他建議方案的意思。 反而一直說提把可以綁同色絲巾、或用的時候要更加注意(一個大男生每天提去工作是要綁什麼絲巾),我說不能接受店家賣一個上萬的精品公事包,客人也是每天上班時正常使用而已,現在提把脫膠Coach就只兩手一攤說不甘他們的事,反而一直在狂打預防針說這不是他們的品質問題(其實我根本沒質疑過品質),一下說我可能手汗多(但我手心根本不流汗)、跟溫度濕度有關、一下說要綁絲巾,完全沒有針對我的問題(如何能修復這個包,我想繼續用)來建議解決問題,那我到品牌專櫃買東西幹嘛,我直接去路邊小店買完銀貨兩訖就好。 Coach今天告訴我的觀念就是「我家的公事包是精品最好供起來不要太常用,用了也要很小心,因為你認真提就是只能提兩年就會壞,壞了之後我也沒打算幫你解決問題喔,誰叫你把精品這麼認真用」

今天到店消費,購買前詢問是否還有庫存,查詢後得知剩一個庫存,但因為有些瑕疵無法立即得到解決,竟然又從倉庫拿出第二個,真的讓人很匪夷所思,甚至去拿的路上還和其他店員聳肩表示無奈???‍♀️(我就問:難道有瑕疵你買嗎?) 買畢離開後,同行家人回過頭看,竟然看到店員「指著我們搖頭」,讓人非常不舒服,從頭到尾只看了一款包就決定要買,除了因為瑕疵讓店員多拿了一次,真不懂哪裡得罪你了!要不是因為疫情需要減少外出,真的非常後悔在這間店購物!!!!!!!

一進到店裡,小姐直接上下打量,然後服務態度也是愛理不理,問他有沒有其他的短夾,手機直接放桌上一邊滑一邊指了指,說只有桌上兩款(一個國際精品只有兩款短夾!?)後來在其他櫃子發現明明還有其他款式短夾!!是一進門上下打量後就瞧不起客人!?完全沒有要介紹的意思啊!!只能說小姐真的太貼心,很想替我省錢,完全沒有購物慾!!

服務態度超差,晚間九點到櫃位需求保養卻說要40分鐘,明明就兩個櫃姐閒閒沒事幹,杵在櫃檯聊天,現場也沒有其他任何客人,需求保養櫃姐眼神充滿不屑,有必要被看不起嗎?百貨10點才打烊有這麼不想接客?全台灣Coach目前為止沒遇過其他櫃位有這種態度,都是立即處理!也藉由保養去推薦選購商品。得到雙贏的局面,不解為何這麼不屑,看不起別人買不起? 後續來電致歉,但該品牌主管也只相信專櫃小姐的回答,答覆現場因為忙碌,加上新進人員,回答的不詳細,造成不滿很抱歉。如果是這種回答何必來電,請調閱監視器查看人員服務好嗎?喜歡該品牌,喜歡過去消費後的服務體驗,每天努力工作也背著上班,也很珍視這別具意義的包包,一個單親媽媽好不容易有點時間去保養一下,卻是被這樣對待,請換位思考一下,該櫃姐如果個人被這樣對待做何感想?再來既然服務沒有熱忱?那為何要工作?只因為是精品名牌店的店員很優越感?沒有想要因為反應獲得什麼,但是請將心比心,妳服務的每一個人都是不一樣的,請不要再用這樣鄙視不屑的眼神跟服務對待其他人,拜託
