事先約定好週六的體驗課，我們在zoom上等待了十分鐘，客服電話我們說老師臨時請假。
之所以選擇猿創力是看到網路評價不錯，沒有想到是如此糟糕的管理。如果是老師臨時請假，要臨時到已經開始上課十分鐘再通知學員嗎？還有其他學員一併上課，耽誤的不是我們一個人的時間。
在我的追問下，客服解釋說老師有提前請假，是客服沒有通知我們。那就更奇怪了，在課前半小時，我們收到line消息讓我們提前十分鐘進入zoom。
如果一間培訓公司連這麼簡單的課程安排都做不好，如何相信你們能夠做好培訓。
 Very disappointed and will never choose Ape Chuangli again.
The Saturday experience class was agreed in advance. We waited on zoom for ten minutes. The customer service call said that the teacher asked for a temporary leave.
The reason why I chose Ape Chuangli was that I saw good online reviews, but I didn't expect such a bad management. If the teacher asks for leave temporarily, do I need to notify the students after 10 minutes of class has started? There are other students taking classes together, and it is not our time that is wasted.
Under my questioning, the customer service explained that the teacher asked for leave in advance, but the customer service did not notify us. That's even weirder, half an hour before the class, we got a line message asking us to enter zoom ten minutes earlier.
If a training company can't even do such a simple course arrangement, how can you believe that you can do a good job in training.

My son got on Minecraft+Python, he said he liked it very much, and he also recommended other children to come to the class. Before the camp, the engineer directly zoomed into our computer to help make the computer so that it could be ready for class. I think it's great~!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sons said we should give codingape 6.5 but I going to give them a four star. They can improve on the lunches n provide parents a menu of what they will be having for lunch on the five days classes in advance. The location was easy to find n assessable. The speakers were clear in giving direction. Overall, it was good n I would recommend the classes to my friends n their kids. Thanks.
