★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始去購物時一位戴眼鏡短髮的親切女店員跟我說某商品可以調貨且態度非常好，後來拿第二件商品去詢問另外兩位店員，得到的回覆是不能調貨且態度非常不友善，另外還跟我說我第一個詢問的商品也不能調貨，後來我又回頭去問第一位親切女店員她說兩件都可以調貨，不太能理解另外兩位店員為何態度這麼不友善而且還跟我說不能調貨，跟第一位親切的女店員說法前後不一，這五顆星是送給第一位親切的女店員，謝謝她的善良跟好心！

另一件也說沒有貨了，但貴公司官網卻顯示京站店還有貨。
從coen剛進到台灣就一直會定期購買，但經過這次的購物經驗對貴公司品牌印象大打折扣，店員的服務態度也不是很好，希望可以改進，謝謝。

A店員說我想要的商品沒尺寸可調貨，但結帳時B店員又說沒得調貨且態度不佳...
之後又再看其他商品時，聽到B店員去找C, D店員竊竊私語，甚至滿明顯的對客人指指點點，感受相當不好。
長期購買你們家的商品，擁有的衣服褲子超過20件，但這次的體驗真的讓人失望透頂，以後不會再來京站分店購物了！
希望總公司可以加強京站分店的員工訓練，提升相關人員的素質！
