22.04.12 其實算是有點被騙來這裡, 看到別人發的《初春》甜點, 也看到官網菜單還沒更換, 就為了這杯來卻已經換成別的了。 讓人不舒服的是太甜了, 每一款甜點的甜味幾近氾濫, 箇中也許有其他味道協助, 但仍止不住脫韁的甜膩。 比較喜歡的部分是價位與奶油, 一杯咖啡加這四款甜點$750還算便宜, 雖然Dacquoise要$80真的是我吃過最貴的... 每一款有奶油的甜點, 奶油都蠻滑順的, 無腥、奶香細膩乾淨, 就是可惜了其餘部分... 【香蘭布丁】 香蘭特有的穀物與南洋香氣跟布丁其實頗搭, 更能帶出布丁的蛋香, 奶油的質地也好, 但真的太甜了、並且缺乏苦味調和, 布丁的口感介在Q嫩與綿密之間的尷尬地帶, 可惜了香蘭的好味道。 【碧螺春茶聖多諾黑】 很喜歡帶有茶感的奶油, 若非也是加太多糖了, 我真的會愛上這個輕盈又後韻厚實的茶香奶油; 泡芙則讓人很失望, 太濕軟了, 完全失去聖多諾黑特有的焦脆與空氣感, 塔底也偏油了點。 【達克瓦茲/紅烏龍】 箇中較為不甜的一款, 達克瓦茲的外脆內軟做的也不錯, 搭配紅烏龍的濃儼茶感, 其實吃下去有驚豔的感覺, 但著實小塊又貴。 【桑椹花園帕芙洛娃】 蛋 白 霜 餅 桑 椹 薄 荷 醬 馬 斯 卡 邦 鮮 奶 油 薄 荷 糖 食 用 花 不知所云的甜味, 蛋白霜本身爆炸性的甜膩, 甚至也帶有微微腥味, 吃這道的時候真的痛苦, 每吃一口要配好幾口茶, 有預期Pavlova會偏甜, 但未曾預料能如此田地。 一般Pavlova會用一些清爽的水果解膩, 這邊選用了甜味不相讓的桑椹, 僅帶一點酸甜, 味道單一乏味, 想嘗試的話也許該配兩杯飲品。

Lovely speakeasy coffee shop. No one will notice in a million year if not told. Once walk up the stairs, you will be Surprised. Noticed the chilled hippy music and simple and minimalist interior design. Slightly industry touch. Open kitchen. Drinks and food seems great. The latte I ordered was ok. If I ever need a chill and relax afternoon. This is definitely the go to place. RECOMMEND!

Food: Grade A. Had the Marsala Chai Latte, black coffee and rice mango dessert. Everything was tasty! Environment: The shop is on the second floor, you had to press a not-so-visible bell to open a copper-rusted-door to get up there. The space is not big, but clean with an industrial vibe, not ideal for big crowds. Power outlets for seats near the wall, would be a good spot to work on your laptop or read.

Crispy pork belly sandwich ? I think they are meant to be doing bar food! This is honestly the next level of food that you wash down with beer. I love everything on that plate. Boneless chicken wings with shaoxing butter sauce I don’t know what they did I just want to lick the plate.
