J	Jimmy C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife asked an employee for the location of an item and was treated rudely and aggressively. When I questioned the employee he continued to be aggressive. I shared our experience with the manager onsite and he pretended to listen to us and didn’t even bother to take down our names or the rude employee’s name. I can see why the employee would be so rude because he knows management won’t do anything about it. It’s the worst experience I’ve had at Costco since I was a customer back in the US starting 30 years ago.

It's also the cheapest place on the world to get the membership, and it will work worldwide. I like to come here just for the food served right after the counters. awesome and high quality western food for really cheap. the hotdog 50ntd, pizza 70ntd, salad 130. 20ntd for the cup of drink with unlimited refill. If you want something to drink without sugar, go on the coke one , and push half of the pressure. It will just serve you sparkling water, if you push the full pressure, it will be coke+sparkling water
J	Jerusha Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Costco membership from Canada and wanted to drop by and see what Costco in Taipei looked it. It's like Costco in NA expect Asian and cleaner. We really enjoyed browsing the unique and different asian items offered here that aren't usually seen in NA.
S	Steven Barks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Costco is not bad by any means, but it’s also nothing particularly special. It’s one of the smaller Costco’s in the Taipei area, and as such, we find it is often missing things that are sold in the other, larger ones. Its 2-floor layout is also awkward, forcing you to go up an escalator with your cart, and then through half the store and then down again before you get to most groceries. But then if you need something on the top floor again, there isn’t a return escalator to go back. Makes it super awkward. Also, the public transit options are lacking. While there is always a line of cabs ready to take you, there is no nearby MRT, and the bus stops are all a couple blocks away. It is fine if you have your own car, lots of parking then, but otherwise, it is hard to access. The one really good thing is that there are lots of other big box stores around, so if you have a private vehicle, you can easily make visits to the big carrefour, decathalon, flower market, etc. All in one trip.
D	Deon Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costco’s pizza is pretty famous, worth a try! Ordered combo and bbq chicken pizza. It’s $60 each, but I prefer the combo. Tip : find a seat first, if not your pizza will turn cold waiting for one. Service is exceptionally quick so no worries about that. There’s also a chicken pie for $160, not bad. But a little steep compared to the huge slice of pizza.

Every time I finish shopping & really hungry but no vegetarian food for me. I have to go outside to get the food for me and my family. Even Cheese Pizza is only available for 18 inch why? From the customer view, this is discrimination for vegetarian. About this request, I have informed to Costco Taiwan by website feedback but no response, so shame to vegetarian. This is a membership retailer system with annual fee and be reasonable and fair to all members. Please visit Carrefour 家樂福 which really take care of small group Vegetarian. If you are Costco member as a vegetarian pls email or leave message for Costco Taiwan.

In store shopping and in store pick up services are available. Enjoy big savings for their seasonal sales and for bigger bulks that you buy.
