19：05去那裡加油我拿卡給員工刷多刷一筆的時候為什麼不直接告訴消費者嗎？
然後默默的把發票跟卡還給我..什麼也不說
等到我回家才知道多刷一筆錢嗎？
當下打電話給妳們人員卻好像什麼都不知道
然後呢吞吞吐吐的說妳方便過來嗎？當下處理方式就不對了，時候道歉有意義嗎？我也是做服務業的不應該這樣處理吧當下不對應該就要找資深員工幫妳處理啊！給我的感覺真不好以後也不會在去那間加油
