賣場環境佈置頗佳 ，產品琳瑯滿目且別緻有設計感，不過價格相對高些。已在那邊消費多次，消費體驗很好。 工作人員素質參差不齊，雖有碰到差勁的（口氣態度都不耐煩）但更多碰到的是有熱心＋耐心的店員 （特別提一位叫Davis李健誠的男店員）讓我們能心滿意足的離開。 有特色的傢俱 家飾等產品 來這就對啦！

非常典型的美式家居賣場，環境陳列和美國門店幾乎一樣。 在忠孝東路微風信義的地下室，賣場比較大，小至水杯桌墊，大到床組餐桌椅都有，賣的東西質量比較好，沒事的時候逛逛也很愉悅。

美式風格兼具時尚與品味的居家採購去處，無論是買沙發地毯乃至於生活儀式感餐盤，肯定都能滿足對生活美學的您需求。現在618全場都有折扣喔。推薦大家！！！

Great stuff but quite expensive.

I think they need to do a better job with quality control and service because they only have limited quantities products with some dents or chipped off parts. I ordered a side table which I had to wait 2 weeks to find out it had scratches on it already. Although the salesperson said it’s a “design” I felt it’s just an excuse. They helped me “erase” the scratches/mark with an eraser but didn’t do much. I brought it home and it couldn’t be assembled because one of the assembly part didn’t fit into the bolt/screw. Now I gotta make make a call and see what they can do(probably need to go there again with this very heavy metal side table again). When I purchased 8 sets of dish 1/3 had some kind problem such as scratch mark or a tiny small hole on a part of it. Not sure if this is supposed to be the “design” but it’s weird some has and some don’t. They also forgot to give me one of the things I bought and which I also forgot to bring back home so I had to do another trip to the store to get it… This is not a cheap brand and I like their design and varieties of products they offer but…was somewhat disappointed how they resolve the issue compared to the impression I got when living in the States. One more star goes for the gentleman who tried to get rid of the marks and help solve the issue to clean the product on spot.
