每每都是到了逼不得已才去這間...但每每都是莫名其妙的帶著煩躁感走出這間... 因為:效率極差。 一顆星給家警衛伯伯的親切與解說。 一顆星給服務的好態度。 但是, 現場等候的人就已經超級多了,櫃檯多但處理的人員超少、動作超慢、辦完業務還要等聽完他們推銷...才能離開。 適當的推銷很好,只是現場等的人很多+每次都這樣有點煩

每次來繳卡費都等超級久,真的是世紀久沒騙人,來了兩三次都至少等半小時到一小時以上,櫃員們總是慢條斯理的處理業務,動作慢的完全不輸給公務員,可能公務員都比他們快,而且櫃員無法查詢用戶的信用卡費,還要現場打給信用卡部門客服詢問才能知道確切費用,真心懷疑中信的系統到底多落後,櫃員處理動作慢,建議二樓應該增設多一點櫃檯窗口來處理大量業務。 另外之前來辦信用卡,申請自動扣款,窗口業務還忘記跟我要存摺來申請,感覺就很不熟練,整個很瞎,申請完之後銀行發送簡訊通知驗證身分也沒有告知我,等了一個半月發現自動扣款根本沒有設定成功,卡在簡訊驗證,也不會通知我,害我要重新申請一次,整個超浪費我時間,補辦之後跟我說要等一個多月才會申請通過,等於我下一次還是要臨櫃親自繳卡費,整個無限白眼?️,整體而言就是沒效率、系統爛、窗口動作慢也不專業。

下午2點進去開戶,填完資料後一直瘋狂推銷儲蓄險,東西都辦好了就放在旁邊還一直推,結果下午5點才出來,出來才發現營業時間已經結束了,體驗有夠差還好只會在這開一次戶,之後絕對不會再踏進這裡一步。
