9/6號第一次來這裡處理存款業務,感受非常差! 我拿到的號碼為1125,到我號碼時走到櫃檯,結果一位阿姨也走到櫃檯,於是我拿了我的號碼條給櫃員看,那位阿姨卻拿了一張「手寫」號碼條給櫃員,於是櫃員就叫我等一下⋯⋯搞得我一頭霧水,我不是拿著貴銀行給我的號碼條嗎?所以手寫的號碼條可以比系統給的號碼條優先處理?然後出這樣的問題櫃員可以不給一點解釋?那以後就自己手寫號碼就好啦,幹嘛抽號碼牌? 再來,我存的是整個月每一天的營業額,我知道很麻煩也很多筆,餐廳很多事要忙,沒辦法抽出時間老是跑銀行存款,但這不是妳的工作嗎林x軒小姐???跟隔壁的同事在那互相使眼色,覺得很多很麻煩? 還問我都是每個月存嗎?之前都在哪存?今天怎麼會來這存? 以往我去忠孝東路上的分行存款,因為餐廳在那附近,那裡的櫃員完全不會給我這種態度,我家住在新莊我當然就是來新莊啊,這種態度是不歡迎敝公司把錢存在中國信託?那我可以把敝公司所有的錢提領出來!順便把餐廳使用的刷卡機也一併退掉。

櫃檯服務態度ok,但是專業度要再加強。我要辦理外幣約定轉帳,沒想到從填表格開始就錯了。行員以為我要約定國內其他銀行的美金帳戶,但我要約定的是美國的銀行帳戶。所以表格填錯地方。辦完回家後,銀行打電話告知辦理約定轉帳沒有成功,因為當時在櫃檯少了某個手續。一句道歉都沒有。 中途還因為我有美金帳戶,向我推銷美元保單還有信用卡。這些都無可厚非。根據我在三家不同中信的經驗,這些推銷是可以預期的。只是,如果連最基本的約定轉帳都做不好,我怎麼有興趣再接觸其他產品?希望該行員下次要仔細一些。
