我跟朋友在同一個禮拜 一樣辦中信的開戶與簽帳金融卡 我在這裡辦 業務說要等兩個月才能拿到簽帳金融卡，只給了我存摺。
而我朋友在汐止分行辦 馬上就拿到了 連網路銀行都馬上幫他辦好 我是不懂為什麼基隆分行可以這麼拖時間？ 連線上查進度都查不到

In the same week as my friend, I opened a CITIC account and opened a debit card. When I did business here, it was said that it would take two months to get the debit card, so I just gave me a passbook.
And my friend got it in Xizhi branch and got it right away, and even the online bank helped him do it right away. I don't understand why Keelung branch can take so long? Can't check progress online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天6/17號10點多到中信銀行要開一個股票交割戶頭,排隊等了真很久,後來終於輪到我了,被一個坐在最裡面靠窗 的年輕女行員接待,服務態度真超好的..人長得漂亮辦起業務又很專業快速,從頭到尾都笑臉迎人充滿工作熱情,還主動的幫我換我換掉了一張陳年的舊提款卡 ,她真的是我遇過銀行的行員中服務態度最好的...可惜忘記注意她叫什麼名字.中國信託有這種員工相信一定是充滿競爭力的公司..等待是值得的.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天到中信辦開戶、ㄧ進去後櫃檯旁有綠色小桌、ㄧ堆人在辦、幫忙開戶的小姐笑臉迎人、親切的服務態度、雖人人多但她還是聲音輕柔的跟我說等她又笑著服務每個來詢問的人、我第ㄧ次遇到這麼有耐心的人、通常是制式的說話態度、趕著捉緊時間、但這女生忍不住要對她說她真棒、口說到渴了也不會不耐煩、真的好員工可以影響著客戶觀感、辦完了忍不住跟她說了你真棒也順便要了張名片、大家可找她服務喔真的超讚體驗
