We experience a bad service here with the lady staff! When we entered the store, no one even assist us or asked us if its our first time, so I thought maybe they’re just busy eventhough the customers inside are not that much. Then I finally chose the eyeglass that I want, the rude lady staff told me i need to wait for around 20mins because i just removed my contacts. The bad thing is, we waited for almost an hour! And the way she talked to us is not even accomodating. I mean, come on, I spent over 3k and get that kind of customer service? After the guy checked my eyes, (btw, he is nice) he told me to go to the counter and there’s no customer that time and there’s 3 staffs waiting. When they saw us, no one even bothered to assist us! Then after 10 seconds, another not that nice lady assist us and ask me again if I still want to hear about the expensive lens category. It just made me feel like, “u can’t seem to afford the expensive ones, so no need to mention, right?”. I still asked her to mention it because its the one that I want to purchase. The whole time we we were in store, I didn’t even hear one thank you. Lesson learn, i will never come back here.

Came again after a year, because I stepped on the frame, hahahahaha. Looking back again to the Okura Glasses Neili store, besides being close to home, parking here is also super convenient. There are a few parking spaces at the entrance of the store. For pregnant women who have to drive when they go out, convenient parking is really needed. However, parking for locomotives is also very convenient, and there is also a dedicated parking area. The clerk's service is also very kind, pushing and pushing!

I had Lasik 10 years ago and now I’m approaching my mid-30s and I saw that my prescription/astigmatism was getting worse. I came here after my husband went to their 中壢 store. Both stores are clean, organized, and have great customer service. The licensed optometrist speaks slightly on brash side (but it was a busy day) but the customer service representatives are great.
