★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this is the only fried chicken I have eaten in Taiwan (other than KFC) that does NOT put sugar in their marinade. Great! This fried chicken is perfect for using with Louisiana hot wing sauce. The batter is mild and crispy with no extra sugar. No funky flavors. I get mine plain, with no additional spices, and add my own hot sauce or eat it as is.
