11月初到店看窗紗,一位老師傅一聽我們自己量了窗戶尺寸,就直接跟我們要尺寸製作,我回說……“我們不是專業,不知道丈量尺寸有無錯誤?”老師傅當場問……“我們是騎車還是開車?是住附近嗎?”要求我們自己再回去重新丈量過,再來訂窗簾(我回問:不是你們可以到府丈量?那位老師傅最後才跟著我們回家丈量)///到家丈量後,老師傅說到,工期弄好大約4-5天,然後會打電話通知我們去店裡自行取回家掛上(我再次跟師傅澄清:自己去店裡取貨回家掛上??我不會啊?不是你們要到府掛好嗎?師傅回說:掛窗紗很簡單,自己就可以了,要師傅來也是掛上的動作,都一樣!!)///丈量完,也確定金額,請師傅當場開訂單,結果他居然要求我去找一張白紙,在紙上寫了日期.金額.訂金.窗紗尺寸後,就當是正式訂單(我問師傅:怎麼沒有正式的訂單,你這樣隨便一張紙寫幾個字,收了我的訂金,這樣算數嗎?師傅居然回說:他出門忘記帶訂單了,隨便一張紙寫也算@@……) 後來超過師傅所說的工期4-5天仍沒接到電話,我自己打電話去問,接電話的是老闆娘,對我的訂單,一問三不知!說晚點查詢完後會回撥給我,留了電話給闆娘也沒接到所謂的回撥電話!後來又打電話去店,是老師傅接電話,也是一問三不知,只說要問老闆,然後不等我說完,就不禮貌的掛電話! 之後我聯絡到老闆,老闆說制訂的窗紗原料要從國外進來,因為疫情所以進來臺灣比較慢,我問說大約還要等多久,老闆掛保證12/4會弄好打電話通知我……12/4過去了,窗紗依舊沒消息,店家也沒電話給我 我耐著性子等到12/8,窗紗依舊沒消息,我氣到打電話問,接電話的是老闆娘,這次理由變成國外原料等太久,要不要我放棄,另外挑選現貨…… 最後,我選擇退單拿回訂金! 1.第一次訂窗紗還要自己量尺寸,假如自己專業會量,我還需要到店請師傅到府丈量嗎?就是不會量,才需要你們的專業啊! 2.一個窗紗金額4300元,是因為金額太少嗎?還要等你們電話到店取貨,回家自己掛?(一個窗紗要自己丈量.自己取貨回家.自己掛上,你們4300元會不會賺得太輕鬆了? ……所以同理……生病到醫院看病,針自己扎嗎?這是你們的專業?你們的服務態度?) 3.一個到府丈量的師傅,除了捲尺,什麼都沒帶?隨便一張廢紙寫幾個字,既沒蓋店章,也沒簽名認證,就當契約成立了,就因為忘記帶,實在夠隨便!! 4.從11/8-12/8這一個月來,我從來沒有主動接到店家的電話,制訂的窗紗從工期延遲,到疫情影響物料進台,到最後乾脆希望我放棄原窗紗,重新挑選……都是我自己主動打電話詢問,店家都是被動態度,尤其是到府丈量的老師傅態度最差,甚至詢問還沒說完,就掛電話 5.老闆態度好一點,但是沒用!!只會說他們打好幾次電話給我都沒人接!……基本上,有沒有打電話給我,手機都有紀錄,無從狡辯!從頭到尾只有兩通電話聯絡我,一通是當我沒等到窗紗時,打電話到店裡被老師傅掛電話後,他們回撥給我,告知物料因為疫情進台較慢。另一通電話,則是在12/8我用家用電話聯繫未果,他們回撥. 總之……沒有尊重自己的專業,服務態度很差,對客戶端的訊息傳遞非常被動! 評論一星是為了寫內容,讓之後想做窗簾的人慎選店家,在我的心裡,一星都不到!!
