八點已打烊,因為找車位,到店時已八點多了 還好店員沒給我們臉色看,很熱心的招呼我們 並介紹產品。 雖然我們只是在找枕頭,要買枕頭 能得到店員如此熱心耐心地接待,真的是太好了! 以後要換床墊,我也打算再過來看看!

南港店配送和售後服務十分糟糕。和物流業者聯繫不知道是否出了問題。 留了兩支電話,有交代說明一支電話若沒人接,可以打另外一支電話,結果一直狂打第一支電話,還傳語氣不好的簡訊給我,要我儘快回電。我明明在訂床墊的時候有特別請門市留了其他的電話號碼,不知道門市和物流師傅溝通上是不是有問題? 先姑且不說我在配送之前和配送當日打了好幾通電話給南港門市想確認當日配送時間大約落在何時,也想要約時間送貨,但門市千篇一律回答「不知道,要送之前會打電話」。結果今日師傅送貨時竟然口氣差的跟我們說:「下次這種沒人接電話的情況要先約」。 我不是不約欸?是你們門市不跟我約,結果現在反過來貴公司的人怪消費者不約時間?更不用說我們今天沒消沒息的狀況下,從早上九點等到下午快四點。 然後,師傅配送可能因為沒人接電話火氣大,床墊就直接隨意放置床架上,也不會幫忙就定位擺正。簽收時也沒有核對該簽收的項目,送的東西就隨手放在我家餐桌上,也不提醒一下消費者這是什麼物品,更不用說沒提醒消費者該如何保養了。 訂購別家的床墊或是家具師傅人都很好,先前跟別家店陸續訂過數張床墊,每一次配送經驗都很好,還會幫忙擺正床墊,並且交代該怎麼保養床墊。我還是第一次遇到這種狀況。 若有想去德瑞克名床消費的消費者,可以考慮一下要不要接受這種配送品質。至少我短時間內應該是不會考慮了。
