★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food in basement is cheap and good. Menu all in Chinese. Must come before 12:00 or be in line. Upper floors have shops and wig shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a trashy mall, I think owned by the city government. I tried to buy clothes here, but in vain. It's really hard.
Surprisingly, the B1 food court garnered lots of traction and attention. There's at least 3 stalls underground worth a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone talks about the dumplings being best in town, but I otherwise about this. The dumplings are China style with thick skin. Different from the Taiwanese version with thin skin.
The mall itself is old and small, shops are of average mix, good place to shop if it's raining outside. Otherwise, there are many more choices outside there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Eat Street"???Awesome spot!!! Definitely a must go when u visit east area Taipei!!!! Super Duper delicious!!! Especially the fried chicken curry rice!!! Make sure u don't miss out the delicious Japanese curry!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One store there had lots of dudes playing video games and in the corner some people were playing Beyblades. On top of that the store owner there was also fixing phones.
