★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big sign out front, but a hidden jewel on the 2nd floor. Calming music in the background, big tables good for studying and comfortable seats. Specialty coffees, and a few tea options. Wonderfully kind service from a boss who clearly cares about his coffee quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is nice but it was difficult to work from here. First, the entrance was difficult to find, since it’s on the second floor, and it took a while to figure out the buzzer system (since instructions are in Chinese). Second, neither the wifi or my phone data was working. It seemed like I was in a reception dead spot, so I ended up being unable to use my computer. Coffee was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located cafe overlooking main street with a friendly owner + staff. In addition to specialty coffee, they serve vegan light fare + desserts. They might get their cakes from Vegan Taipei as I’ve seen the same ones there — the berry layer cake is ??. I rarely see Violife vegan cheese in ??, but they carry it — think you can buy a pack for NT 200. The coffee is tasty — both hot & iced, w or w/o plant mylk. The sandwich ? however, served toasted & hot, contains a “meaty” tomato spread + cucumbers inside — a combination I found weird. It might’ve tasted just fine with just the Violife + more fresh veggies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the cocoa milk, burger and tiramisu. The road outside is noisy but thankfully the cafe is very soundproof so the atmosphere inside is calm and peaceful. It seems very suitable for reading or studying. The personnel was also very nice and friendly to us.
