★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzas nothing special! I ordered margarita pizza they serve me pizza toppings with tomatoes and drizzled with dried oregano and a little cheese. very dissappointing experience mostly the servers attitudes are very unfriendly .

Well pizza ain't really authentic as American nor Italiano. It looks exactly made for Taiwanese's appetisers. But fried chicken and wings are merely acceptable, and price isn't even expensive. Oh yeah AC is kind of weak for me.
Sscond of all, I am assuming that their staffs (I think they are hired as students) have never taken a course called " customer service and response", it appears out of what they did was for customers' money, but not sincerely doing their jobs at hearts. (I can totally tell from their straight and impatient faces.) In addition, staffs have no eye-contact to customers, which is very impolite in west culture.
Third of all, the shop isnt really nicely placed, and narrow. It is extremely dangerous if customers get tripped down by some fatties or big shaped folks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good. For an all you can eat restaurant the experience was not as how I had expected. They took very long to bring the food considering that the place was not even full. Customer service was very poor. They did speak English nonetheless so I can say it was okay.
