★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進入看診，跟醫生說我的症狀是喉嚨痛，醫生連檢查都沒檢查，我口罩都沒拔，直接說我是咽喉炎，開個抗生素，再附其他鼻涕、頭痛的藥給我吃，讓我自己看著吃，如此隨便的看診，我倒不如去藥局直接拿藥不是更快，還在那邊等待40分鐘排隊看診。
到隔壁藥局拿藥時，排隊輪到我時，旁邊有個婆婆突然直接把他的處方簽和健保卡拍到桌上，藥師就直接幫她去拿藥，沒有制止她插隊的行為，令我十分傻眼。
When I entered the clinic, I told the doctor that my symptom was a sore throat. The doctor didn’t even check it. I didn’t remove my mask. I just said that I was pharyngitis. I prescribed antibiotics and gave me other nasal mucus and headache medicine. Let me watch and eat, and see the doctor so casually, I might as well go to the pharmacy to get the medicine directly, it is not faster, and I still wait for 40 minutes in line to see the doctor.
When I went to the pharmacy next door to pick up the medicine, when it was my turn to line up, a mother-in-law next to him suddenly took his prescription and health insurance card to the table. The pharmacist directly helped her to get the medicine without stopping her jumping in line. I am dumbfounded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我第一次去這家，原本只想做健保提供的例行性（免費）檢查，這是我以前在別家埔里診做過的有效且必要的檢查。但郭醫師卻批評做健保的沒用，馬上建議我改做準確性較高項目（但沒說要自費），還好我堅持自己的初衷。他問診態度滿強勢，令我覺得很不受尊重。他的醫療專業或許如他所說的很了不起（有一串醫界頭銜）。但很抱歉，本人不會再想去受罪了！
The first time I went to this place, I only wanted to do the routine (free) check-ups provided by the health insurance. This was an effective and necessary check-up that I had previously done in Puli Clinic in Other Homes. However, Dr. Guo criticized the use of health insurance, and immediately suggested that I change to a project with higher accuracy (but did not say that I had to pay for it). Fortunately, I insisted on my original intention. He has a strong attitude towards consultation, which makes me feel disrespectful. His medical profession may be as remarkable as he said (there is a string of medical titles). But I'm sorry, I won't want to suffer anymore!
