★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 團課好玩跟一般外面健身房的團課不同～教練也很專業 雖然場地不大但該有的器材都很齊全且人不會太多不會有大型連鎖健身房等不到器材的問題～雖然自主的價格不便宜可是勝在不綁約離公司近也單次不限時間也不用等器材～洗澡間也有很方便～毛巾要自備～但如果常去還是建議搭配教練課程期間內自主都不另外收費或是買團課搭配團課平日自主一次一百不限時間~而且現在團課很多元化 非常值得去上
