大家熟悉的PADI系統，AOW課程主要完成5潛就可以拿到證照。
但在SSI系統中，「沒那麼簡單」！
給大家思考一下，你覺得，成為一個AOW潛水員，你所具備的條件有哪些？
1. 是否了解自己配重該需要多少？
2. 是否可以隨時掌握與調整在不同深度產生的正負浮力？
3. 蛙鞋踢動是否可以避免揚沙或破壞珊瑚？
4. 施打浮力袋的經驗是否足夠？
5. 使否影基礎的水下方向辨識能力
6. 是否有足夠的潛水經驗？
以上僅是提供給大家參考，但其中還有很多重要的考量攸關一個潛水員在水下是否感到安全與舒適。
在SSI AOW中的先決條件，是要取得4張專長證照，然後累積24次的潛水經驗即可獲得系統免費升級為AOW的數位證照。
這24支經驗的需求包含了你執行OW課程時累積的氣瓶，還有取得OW證照後你所執行的潛水活動。
4項專長除了高氧專長外（高氧為理論課程），所有專長至少有2次的水下技巧執行，也就是說，你取得四項專長（可以含高氧），並且你會進行至少6次的潛水。
在Drifters’提供的AOW課程，費用為NTD 20,000 (4項專長證照含高氧、一次船潛、3背包房晚住宿)，有些人覺得費用高？真的高嗎？
有些店家的報價，或許很便宜，但請注意這些報價是否包含：
1. 高氧證？
2. 三天裝備?
3. 總共幾次下水？
4. 住宿？
Drifters’ 為加強中性浮力訓練，我們在AOW課程中還額外提供1~2次的潛水單純訓練完美浮力與蛙鞋踢動，我們在乎的是認真陪伴學生並一次又一次的調整學生狀態，讓學生們能充份的學習技巧，而不是一句，『自己體會』，或者是『常潛水就知道了』。
潛水是需要練習的沒錯，但大部分學員不會知道在水下自己是什麼狀態，但潛伴與教練看得見，我們喜歡紀錄學員在水下的姿勢與踢動方式，回到店裡後一起觀看並檢討，找出問題點，進而愈來愈進步，這是我們對於學習的堅持。
請仔細想想，有些店家提供很便宜的價格，2天結束，但我們的價格提供3~4天的學習，練習、考試、檢討、驗收，這些都是我們的寶貴陪伴。
潛水不難，但安全考量卻是最重要的，大部份的意外事件都來自於潛水員本身的知識與自救能力不足，降低風險必然，如何讓自己在水下不慌張、不耗力、不耗氣，是很值得被討論的議題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sammi is an absolute legend. It's a completely different diving experience from most where you feel like you are going out with a friend. It was unusually cold the day we went out so we went back to Sammi's house and shared ginger tea to warm up between dives. And she takes great photos while diving. Don't look anywhere else for diving in Kenting!

I did three dive with Drifters diving club, the instructor Sammi was supper nice! Show us the best divesite in Kenting! She is very professional so my friend decided do open water with Sammi.
After amazing dive we had food and drink together!
Drifter diving club is very cool place you can chill out enjoy nice atmosphere.
If you looking for English instructor who can teach and guide the perfect dive, this is the one place you should visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I didn’t come here to dive, staying at the Drifters’ Diving Club in Kenting is indeed a great experience as the environment is chill, laidback and welcoming.
The gorgeous sandy beaches are just a couple minutes‘ walk away and there are many water activities I can do.
Sammi, being an expert scuba diving instructor, conducted her course professionally imparting her knowledge and skills, emphasizing safety as priority, (as I lazed on the comfortable couch watching her teach).
Moreover this sunshine girl is extremely hospitable, making sure my stay is comfortable and what’s more she has a flair in cooking!
This awesome cosy place is close to town yet away from the hustle, life passes so slowly here that I wouldn’t wish to leave!
Update: did my first dive and it was unforgettable. Simply amazing swimming with fishes. Felt safe and excited the entire session!
