門市人員態度差,等了好幾個月已付清的預購商品,已到貨卻遲遲未通知,通知我時卻強迫4天內要取貨,否則直接退倉退款(網頁及訂單上並未註明),請店員幫改寄宅配,想詢問運費及配送事宜卻推是客人自己的事,要客人去問貨運,不願意聽及回覆客人的疑問,最後店員說:客人您要不要取消訂單呢? 主動叫客人取消訂單,再次驗證其他一星評價,東海真的不缺客人!原本要帶孩子去老店消費傳承,這種門市服務態度,遲早成為時代的眼淚… 不好意思,一顆星也太多…以後絕對會去別的地方買,謝謝。 1.有清楚告知店員,因太臨時有事可能4天內無法保證取貨,但2週內會去取貨。 2.因門市人員不耐煩的催促客人儘快取貨(即使我告知他兩週內會去),不斷地重複要將我等了好幾個月的預購商品直接退倉,所以我才提起自費宅配服務。 3.網頁、訂單及取貨通知,並未清楚看到4天內限期要顧客取貨,否則就強制退倉退款,難免讓人覺得不愉快。 4.代客配送商品,詢問運費很正常吧?該店員表示是客人的事,門市不知道也不會幫忙問,客人自己去問貨運,不願意回覆任何問題及給予協助,全程態度不耐煩及不聽客人說話。 隔天致電東海客服,卻得到依照往常配送經驗,通常運費在130、150~200以內左右的答案,服務態度及專業能力明顯有差異。 5.是門市人員主動提起取消訂單,我沒有主動提起取消訂單,因為這是我孩子等了好久的禮物。 能願意傾聽接受顧客的真實購物經驗,才能提供更好的服務,祝生意興隆。
