★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我不懂如果之前有帳戶凍結過，但已經被解除，但為何搞得好像我是有問題的不能辦，我很好奇如果還在凍結中，請問我還能辦理嗎，我也告知說了，我上周才去富邦開戶，所以不懂是有什麼問題??不懂櫃台小姐或是行長有什麼問題，現在工作都很好找嗎，不用學歷??還是覺得自己很厲害，如果櫃台沒權限，或是不懂裝懂來問我，不如直接請行長來問我不是最快??我搞不懂?? 我那天只是要去換錢，我一換完，領出來，我直接把帳戶撕掉，卡片都剪掉，玉山真的很爛，難怪玉山會出事情，希望趕快收一收，也希望那個櫃台不要再出來丟玉山的門面了

服務很好，從取票的男生就很細心。
最左邊靠牆的櫃檯女生劉昱欣，服務非常好，很熱心也很細心有耐心。
可見主管對行員有培訓，第一次對玉山銀行有好印象。
