連一星都不想給,廣告說市占率高,連個簡單客服都沒辦法接通,語音就等了將近15分鐘,自己用購物平台不想給其他平台抽成我沒意見,連個基本帳號密碼設定BUG都修正不好,還想學別人用什麼連動登入? 下午兩點多才剛從電話客服處理完畢,結果晚上6點被另一個信箱客服從後台又改掉我的帳號密碼,水平資訊整合有很困難嗎? 同樣的問題到底要給客戶遇到幾次? 真的有夠爛! 原廠購物平台的客服電話還是從其他客服才知道電話號碼,真的有夠爛! 親朋好友一概不推薦!!!

我個人有售後保固登入問題,從貴公司客服專線內提供的三種方法聯繫多次,目前依然沒有得到回應。我電話打了數十通等了 前前後後等待了不知道多少小時, 終於有客服接起電話,說要處理,兩個禮拜過去了,依然沒有結果。電話留言一樣沒有回電,官方e-mail發了幾封一樣沒有回覆。疫情嚴峻,但貴公司最基本的客服功能不該癱瘓吧,我已經找不到方式與貴公司聯繫,我只剩Google評價。請問貴公司難道只會繼續丟罐頭訊息來處理客戶的問題嗎?還是可以提供我其他真的有效的途徑來與公司內部人員聯繫?
I personally have a problem with the after-sales warranty login. I have contacted many times through the three methods provided in your company's customer service line, but I still have not received a response. I made dozens of calls and waited for an unknown number of hours. Finally, a customer service answered the phone and said it would be dealt with. Two weeks later, there is still no result. No reply to the phone message, and no reply to the official e-mail. The epidemic is severe, but the most basic customer service functions of your company should not be paralyzed. I can't find a way to contact your company. I only have Google evaluation. Will your company just keep throwing canned messages to deal with customer issues? Or are there other really effective ways for me to get in touch with people inside the company?
