半年前開始接觸重訓到現在 體脂肪從27-22只花了三個月 沒有飲食控制.沒有天天練.一週只練兩天 但是非常非常持續以恆 就算再累一週也會排出時間運動 但我後來有腹肌也是需要搭配飲食哦 因為7分靠飲食.3分靠運動這句話是真的 飲食必須和運動並重才比較容易事半功倍☺️ My天使教練Amanda 每一堂都會用手機錄影紀錄學生的上課狀況並傳給我們 讓我回去看的時候可以發現引體向上時可以發現自己手需要兩邊一起用力 她就算再忙再累.學生想要上課.她如果時間允許一定會排出時間教 是我上這麼多健身房唯一的最愛 而且Amanda 非常會鼓勵人又溫柔喔 大推有恐男症的女孩可以過來這裡運動☺️ 這裡90%都是女孩~不用擔心 不會有過多男性荷爾蒙發射愛的光波過來♥️ 我沒有恐男症到現在也會自己出去練囉 如果妳或你喜歡被欣賞更應該來上課 因為唯有開始才能改變自己的體態和氣質 偷偷放一張腹肌照聞香 快要練出隔壁鄰居人魚線了?

本來沒有想買教練課,只是因為抽到免費體驗三堂想說來感受一下XD但很意外的第一次來體驗就很喜歡,真的很想透過訓練來改善駝背跟圓肩~教練Jessie很辣又很細心,會對哪個肌群發力很仔細的說明,體驗一次就覺得這是我想要上的課(想跟JC一樣辣?)教練會先了解個人的狀況,透過inbody知道自己身體構成,也會測試一下棒式跟深蹲的動作。前幾堂會針對個人比較弱的肌群,用彈力帶或徒手的方式,把動作打好基礎,之後才循序漸進的慢慢碰槓,不會讓新手剛開始就覺得負擔太大,每堂課練的東西都不一樣,完全不會覺得無聊!JC對動作解說很清楚,也會調整平常站姿,也會教怎麼自己按摩放鬆拉筋,上了10堂真的感覺體態改善很多,雖然一對一教練課真的不便宜,但真的很值得~~(48堂一堂1400元)

In the first few lessons, we will use elastic bands or bare hands to lay the foundation for the weaker muscles of the individual, and then slowly touch the bars step by step, so that novices will feel too burdened at the beginning. The things you practice are different, so you won’t get bored at all! JC has a very clear explanation of the movements. He will also adjust his normal standing posture and teach him how to massage to relax and stretch the muscles. After 10 sessions, I feel that my posture has improved a lot. Although the one-on-one coaching class is really not cheap, it is really very good. It's worth~~ (48 lessons per lesson 1400 yuan)

Currently my favorite sports classroom in Taipei?? The courses are diverse and the teachers are very serious and lively! ! Even beginners can experience stress-free! ! The venue is clean and bright, no forced sales (very important) The Kongyu course is especially recommended. The teachers are so strong and beautiful ?

Very convenient location, with friendly staff and professional classes. Group class for aerial yoga and CrossFit training is really fun. No membership fee, very flexible class plan.
