一開始還很緊張，
現場環境很乾淨，
調理前會先量臀圍（紀錄前後差異）
然後過程大約20-30分，
完全不疼痛，而且很專業不馬虎，
結束後也有教了幾個回去可以做的運動??
推薦產後想去調理的人！
