Second time came here, but totally a miserable contrast than the last time ( the 1th time visit was a pleasant and good service experience ). Staff’s Service is bad, didn’t take care of the baking process, and also not pay attention on customers. The whole time there made us feel ZERO happy vibe. Not mentioned about the hygiene, no gloves, even let kids lick the tools.... Really disappointing experience at here. 工作人員很厭世,無服務熱忱,覺得教學費用收取得很無價值。很抱歉,必須給負評。

環境有點小,只有一張桌子給客人做甜點,人多時會變成全部人擠一張桌子,變成很擁擠 價錢部分跟其他家同類型的比起來也沒有比較便宜,可能跟地點有關吧 冰箱物料經常會缺少,但小幫手只有一人,常常沒空幫忙補,因此可能要等一下子,同時冷凍冰箱沒有獨立給客戶使用的,裡面放滿了店家自己的東西,要放或取出時都必須要透過小幫手,很不方便,這樣也有點缺少了全部自己處理的樂趣。

提醒要報名的朋友,眼睛要睜亮看,課程不一定是“實作“,我参加的鹹餅乾課,課表有8款餅乾,上課就看老師煎一片培根,把講義配方念了一遍,看老師表演揉麵,分了一盒老師之前的作品就下課了。

當日的環境雜亂不是很乾淨,盤子、湯匙都未清洗乾淨,留有食物的殘渣,要自己小心挑過才可以。而且收費跟執行的份量不一樣這點很奇怪,小幫手準備食材的份量還錯誤連連,還好老師有發現。 更誇張的是,烘培工作坊的員工居然一起同時間與學員共同食用老師示範後的餐點。 並不是說員工不可以食用,而是我上過這麼多的烘焙課程,沒有一家公司的員工在上班的時候跟學員一起共用。而且食材的份量並非增量製作。 雖有有與其股東反應且收到退費,但還是希望讓大家了解實際狀況,希望她們能改進。畢竟烹飪工作坊是做食物的地方,衛生是必要且首要的問題,吃下肚的東西絕不能隨便。
