連假值班客服真的頗爛的,4/4晚上約19:10撥給客服,你們從klook接到然後賣給出去的房間都無法協助處理,只會告訴客戶不知道!!如果沒有權限釐清,那客服是拿來做啥的!如果客服有權限釐清而不想協助處理,那我也是佩服!!謝謝貴司客服妳在連假掛我電話。

每年過節都會帶家人出去玩 也都訂易遊網的商品,這次感覺非常差 2/4參加合歡山日月潭之旅,這次去總共有8位旅客,上面寫著豪華巴士卻搭乘9人座含司機共九個人。(哪裏來的豪華巴士) 1.而我們四位第一個先到卻要讓位給遲到的人拆開位子坐,(因為他老婆是外國人需要翻譯?在那麼擁擠的車上大家也沒有交談需要什麼翻譯?) 2.要去合歡山的司機不會幫忙搬行李就算了,還讓長輩跨過行李下車?安全措施完全不管旅客! 3.因為我們是三天兩夜當然有行李箱,卻被司機說帶那麼多行李是要離家出走? 每年參加那麼多次易遊網的旅遊,這次非常失望!

從2020年疫情開始參加好幾次郵輪式列車,也讓好友分享鼓勵他們參加,之前車廂上就有小小孩三天來不停的哭鬧,搞得整個車廂上無法安寧休息,有和領隊反應,領隊要我日後再參加時向業務備註,得到的結果是「電腦選票無法更改」,那又何必反應? 2021/12/31再次參加跨年旅遊,車廂上有一家族六位小孩七位大人全部集中在一起,難道是電腦選號這麼剛好,六位小孩集中一起嬉戲、打鬧不見父母制止,我知道領隊也無可奈何!口頭上有請小孩小聲但作用不大,好不容易吵了三天終於結束行程。 在這當中第一天因為和先生的座位有瑕疵椅座無法躺直,剛好隔壁有兩個空位,就問領隊隔壁若沒人可以過去坐嗎?領隊的回答是:若13人家族要坐我們要讓給他們!13個人已坐14個位置為何我們還要讓他們?難道他們家族是買16個位置嗎?有空位應該是自由坐吧!是尊重才問領隊的,不然我們直接坐就好。 1/1的中午合菜份量少又難吃,反應了還要我們不要再說了,那又何必要做問卷調查一天平均5000元的品質是如此的爛。或許這個反應是石沈大海但為了提升國內旅遊品質還是不厭其煩的告知,讓台灣特有旅遊方式走出一片天。
