因疫情緣故,109/8/7接到貴公司通知可以退109/10月荷蘭機票,就麗及申請,一開始於8/19接到mail表示『申請退票,機位已取消,扣除300元/1人易飛作業服務費後,剩餘金額約3-4個月左右刷退到原信用卡』,想說貴公司已經說明約3-4個月作業時間我就繼續等待,直到1月份(已過4個月)我連係我信用卡公司表示貴公司還未申請退款,我就在寫mail聯繫,你們於1/25回覆我『預計於1/29前完成退票作業,還請您留意最近一、二期信用卡帳單金額』,2/1又來電說『退票已完成,需請您先支付退票手續費』我也當天立即回覆資料,到現在我(110/2)信用卡已收到要繳退票手續費但是退款確到現在未下來。 退票手續一而再的拖延,你們公司信用讓人擔心,購買這一次真的嚇到了,若自己沒有追帳,可能8萬多的錢就飛了~~~~超級不ok的旅行社

很糟糕的服務,辦理退票要15%手續費,直接跟航空公司訂退票也才扣10%,而且易飛網辦退時間要2-3個月,早知道買前先來看評論,下面都是跟我類似的負面經驗,員工態度也是一副全副武裝回擊客戶問題,戰鬥力十足,改個字無法,要客戶辦退票重訂,真的可以去消保告官處理這家公司,旅行社沒倒也是令人驚奇
