這大概是我評分給最低的一次了(也希望是最後一次)。這次去大陸的時間比較久,所以購買了2張15天的Sim卡。到了店面,店員冷漠的服務就不說了。(先說明:購買的是無限流量、不降速的網卡)到了上海第一天晚上斷網2次,每次斷網就要重啟手機。一開始沒多想,覺得應該是手機的問題。接下來幾天,每天晚上6-12點一直斷網。第三天聯繫了客服,客服回應說我用的流量太多了(???),跟客服再三確認購買的是「無限流量」。客服說:無限流量不代表可以「無限」使用,還是有限量的。後來還用自助餐的例子嘗試跟我說 自助餐也不能讓你一直吃。我不知道客服是沒有吃過自助餐 還是我的理解錯誤... 之前購買的網卡是中華電信也從來沒有問題。這次體驗真的很糟糕,客服態度差,產品體驗也不好... 以後不會再回購了。
This is probably my lowest rating (and hopefully the last time). This time I went to the mainland for a long time, so I bought two 15-day Sim cards. When we arrive at the store, the clerk's indifferent service will not be mentioned. (First note: I purchased a network card with unlimited data and no speed reduction) The network was disconnected twice in the first night of Shanghai, and the phone must be restarted every time the network was disconnected. I didn't think much about it at first, but I thought it was a mobile phone problem. In the next few days, the internet will be disconnected from 6 to 12 every night. I contacted the customer service on the third day, and the customer service responded that I was using too much data (??), and confirmed with the customer service that the purchase was "unlimited data". The customer service said: Unlimited data does not mean that it can be used "unlimited", but it is limited. Later, I used the buffet example to try to tell me that the buffet cannot let you keep eating. I don't know if the customer service has never eaten the buffet or if I misunderstood... The network card I bought before was Chunghwa Telecom and it has never been a problem. The experience was really bad, the customer service attitude was poor, the product experience was not good... I will not repurchase in the future.

I am very disappointed with this company's service. I rent a used phone at Taoyuan International Airport for the purpose of quarantine. To begin with, $1600NT for two weeks is rather expensive, but they charged me another $300 for the damage fee, which I did not create the damage after the two weeks' use. It was due to the shipping process, which I don't have anything to do with the shipping. Since I did not take a photo before I shipped it back, the company won't listen to my explanation. I really don't care about this $300 fee, but the company's attitude and bad services really disappointing me. I will never use this company again and will share this with all my friends. I also told the staff that I was going to post the bad review, but they did not care. What a bad company!

Very disappointing. Tried to return phone prior to departing Taiwan after CECC reporting during quarantine to suggested FamilyMart or Hi Life convenience stores and stores had no idea what I was talking about. Then told I could return at airport but it is in baggage claim level 1 which you cannot acces from departing flight area on 3rd floor. Will never recommend them. Now I have to most likely ship back before requierd daye from USA which not looking forward to.
