Newest hotel in this area. Nicely designed room and bath. Modern banquet parlor and a casual coffee bar for afternoon tea. Full length swimming pool with several comfortable hot tubs for family and friends on the side. Exercise machines were somewhat worn out and insufficient however.

It's a bargain for its high quality. Clean and newly decorated room. Pools are great with different temperatures. Staff are nice and helpful. However, sound insulation is a bit mediocre.

Great swimming pool and great breakfast.

A nice place to stay in Jhihben. It's not really at the hot spring area, more close to the town, food and convenience stores are nearby. If you come to Jhihben by train, there seems free shuttle bus to get here, just ask the hotel, but it's good to rent a scooter, then you can get to hot spring and go hiking. Or you just wanna stay in hotel that is nice too, the swimming pool and SPA are quite nice. I came in weekdays and not many other people were here, I kinda enjoyed it all by myself. Not sure if in holidays the space is enough for everyone. ? The room is perfect, I got one with tub in the bathroom, it's said rooms like this are a bit more expensive. Due to the drought and saving water policy I didn't really use the tub tho, but I like it. And the SPA and pool is satisfying to get a dip already. I love the cylinder pillow in the bed btw. The reception told me they got afternoon tea at the dining room but I didn't manage time to use it. The breakfast is fine too, some people complain about sharing a big turning table but I found it okay. Just remember to put on your mask when getting food. On my way home I got a phone call from the hotel telling me I forgot my comb and face wash, and then they sent it back to me (payment on delivery) which is a good service too.

Hotel is quite new and is in good condition. Great pool with hot springs and spa baths, sauna and steam. Not much around the hotel but a convenience store nearby and a large 'everything' store across the street. Breakfast and afternoon tea included. Good mountain views from the back facing rooms.

Super nice pool. If you are looking for a hotel for swim-love kids, that’s it. Room is clean and new the a/c is cool. Very nice

1.Location: On the way from Bay-Nan to Chi-Ben, more than 2kms from Chi-Ben train station, 5 mins walk to the most crowded street for dining. 2.Service: Friendly staff, efficient check-in. 3.Facilities: Underground and ground parking lot, 25 m swimming pool (swim lane and practice area are divided, well managed. ), hot spring pools in multi temperature , shower room, hair dryer, towel, washing machine and dryers provided in pool area. 4.Room: Well cleaned, quiet and comfortable, shower and bath separated. 5.All you can eat breakfast: around 100 kind of foods and drinks to choose from including western and oriental, tastes good.

Moldy, dirty, old. Don’t recommend. This place is just not well taken care of. The drain in the shower was clogged so water filled the bathroom while showering. Just terrible and no where near a “4-star hotel” And you can easily hear the TV from the next room over. A terrible hotel.
