★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best falafel I’ve eaten in Taipei. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Don’t leave without havind dessert! Prices are good and the owner is very nice but the place is small (not a lot of seats).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is decent but too expensive for half a pita. Also the delivery process is TERRIBLE. Its always something missing from the order. Last time i order through card, i received half of the order i contact them they said they will send me the rest of the food, i was waiting for one hour. So i called them again and they said that the food is coming in 15 minutes. I was waiting another 15 minutes, they called me to ask my adress. i send them AGAIN my adress in a SmS. Waiting another 10 minutes only to have a call from them to say that they cannot deliver my remaining order now even though i have already paid. All of my friends had similar problem. Terrible experience, never ordering agian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food! Freshly made falafels, it's fried on the spot. Tasty fresh veggies (love his beetroot and sauerkraut) and the homemade hummus. I recommend the open salad plate option.
I really like the new option of yellow rice instead of pita bread for gluten allergies. I highly recommend adding a topping of roasted eggplant with your falafel dish.
his soy pudding is amazing way to end the meal, the mixed flavor of date syrup, walnuts, pistachios is so delish
Prices are so low, only ntd115-135 per dish. all my vegan friends love it

Needs improved comms and focus on in-person customers before delivery orders are made.
Turn Uber eats app off when busy in the shop.

Thank you for your answer. I appreciate you taking the time to write it. I will change my rating to match the food. That is a straight 5. No hesitation. And fully deserved.
I do, however, look forward to seeing the in-persons put ahead of the deliveries next time.
