★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次跟了他們的日本團，但驚人的是業務小姐完全沒處理好事情，出發前通知沒訂到飯店，出發當天通知改行程，當地會合後發現沒領隊，入住飯店前通知要幫他們代墊款，這一切都太不可思義了，怎麼沒有人好好監督這旅行社，再此提供親身經歷，希望大家要認真選擇旅行社！

The hotel was not booked before departure, and the itinerary was changed on the day of departure. After the local meeting, it was found that there was no tour leader. She was told to help them before checking into the hotel. All of this is incredible, how can no one supervise this travel agency properly, and then provide personal experience, I hope everyone will choose a travel agency seriously!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個月參加了芬達旅行社帛琉的團，老實說行程內容餐食的部分有點出入，而且在行程的安排上也有點瑕疵(沒幫我們安排到夜釣行程，還得要我們一直跟導遊確認)，回國反應後承辦人員態度不是很好、也不積極，都過了一個月了要退的夜釣費用也還沒下來...以後不會選他們家了

A travel agency recommended by a colleague
In November, I thought that I could do it by myself in China, but I found a lot of details, and then I was reluctant to find a travel agency.
