路過來用餐,叫菜內用白飯是自取的,座位空間蠻大的(頗適合四人以上的用餐),附近有停車場可停,偶然聽到裡面還有包廂呢。 --- 每道菜的味道都很對胃口,吃得很滿足。

一走進店裡,地板是粘膩的,桌子也是油膩的。廚師在店裡走動也沒有戴口罩。今天吃的菜,跟很多Google客人放的照片不一樣,猜想不是同一個廚師做出來的東西,味道耶跟其他客人形容的不太一樣,其實很失望。後來仔細看看,Google評論的照片的確分兩種,很明顯是不同的廚師。
As soon as I walked into the store, the floor was sticky and the table was greasy. The chef also walked around the store without a mask. The food I ate today was different from the photos posted by many Google guests. I guess it was not made by the same chef. The taste was different from what other guests described. I was actually very disappointed. After a closer look, there are indeed two types of photos in the Google review, obviously different chefs.

I came here for the high reviews and the reputation of winning many awards, but after the overall meal, the taste of the dishes is not particularly surprising. The pineapple and bitter gourd chicken soup tastes good.

2022.03.25 初訪 人數2 「這間真的很好吃啊沃草,下次我一定要找多一些人一起來吃(=゚ω゚)ノ」 今天是我第一次拜訪良味小廚,之前已然撲空了好幾次,這次總算有著落了,真是可喜可賀! 由於今天我們只有兩個人,因此點菜上稍微比較受限,沒辦法嘗試太多菜式,主要是怕吃不完浪費食物也不好。點菜方面就點了兩道比較典型的川菜,分別是橙汁排骨和蔥爆牛肉,一道青菜,還有一道比較偏傳統台式的三杯中卷。 第一道上的蔥爆牛肉,才一入口,眼淚就流下來了⋯⋯。身為一個喜愛川菜的人類,身在台灣真的要吃到好吃的川菜沒有想像中容易,牛肉入口的滑與嫩,撲鼻的蔥香,各種味道的恰到好處地完好融合,這就是我要的川菜。 其實仔細觀察川菜就可以知道,很多川菜都不曾強調牛肉部位多高級,事實上一道好的川菜不一定要用多高級的牛肉部位,反而是廚師的手法比起牛肉部位更為重要許多。坊間很多餐廳自以為聰明用了很多其他的牛肉部位,其實到頭來做出來的成品,還是比不上最傳統的牛柳肉牛臀肉等等川菜最原始的作法使用的牛肉部位。 三杯,台灣熱炒店很常見的料理手法,也是很能代表台灣的一道料理之一。稍微可惜的是九層塔比較少,味道就弱了一些,曾看過其他作法是最後配上的九層塔用洗乾淨的生九層塔,上桌之後才讓食客在燒炙至高溫的鋼鍋中親自拌開拌勻,這種作法香氣更為濃烈,我個人比較喜歡,或許可以嘗試看看。 橙汁排骨,甜鹹結合的名菜,甜鹹兩種截然不同的味道,怎麼平衡是個大學問,我想良味的主廚走出了自己的路線,真的很好吃,是會忍不住吃完整盤的甜鹹食喔:)

蔥爆牛肉、糖醋魚片、老皮嫩肉,都在水準之上! 燒賣應該就一般冷凍燒賣,失敗。 可惜平日沒有白斬雞,下次假日再來嘗試!

憑實力...好吃,是下次會再來的那種,每道菜都下飯,第一次來時剛好腸胃不舒服,以為吃了會更反胃,應該是來欣賞別人吃飯,順便當分母的,殊不知好吃到連吃兩碗,反胃感莫名痊癒,很喜歡老闆的神秘菜色,吃得欣喜若狂。 題外話:一開始看到整牆的獎牌,總覺得沒這麼厲害吧!搞不好放了跆拳道獎牌也沒人注意,認真看完都是廚藝大獎,真是滿滿對烹飪的認真欸!
