★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了宏都拉斯蜜處理手沖230元（半磅豆賣690），坐在旁邊看到店員拿出clever dripper就後悔了，應該先問是不是真手沖的，這點是我自己的錯。
個人認為，標榜手沖單品但用聰明濾杯有些不恰當，操作聰明濾杯嚴格來說並沒有這麼高的技術溢價，為了SOP下的品質，我可以理解，但也犧牲自己詮釋豆子的機會。
聰明濾杯浸泡加上兩次攪拌，除了果酸突出外，沖不出蜜處理其他的香味，對於豆子的銷售也沒有幫助，還好沒有直接點古吉競標批次手沖（單杯420）。

Smart filter cup soaking and stirring twice, in addition to the prominent fruit acid, it can't wash out other flavors of honey, and it is not helpful for the sales of beans. Fortunately, I didn't directly order the batch of Guji bidding by hand (single cup 420) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the most amazing California Salad. Like it's mouth watering. It's my late night craving, I come here around midnight and there's always a line and lot of times I wait for 20 minutes but it's so worth it.
I don't know if it's the special home-made biscuits or the cinnamon apple tart that's actually delicious lol or the chocolate chip cookies . I think it's the combination of all that that makes it oh so so good.
It's only the second place downtown that I found so far that actually has great coffees . Kind of expensive though, But it did worth it.
