2021/11/11,我打電話給這間銀行尋問有無保管箱,結果接電話的先生劈頭就問「有一銀的存摺嗎?身份證字號給我!」請問一銀,我打電話問個保管箱,你們就問我的個資,這已經違反個資法了歐?你們要我的身份證字號,應該是要看我的户頭資訊吧!但是我當下在電話中,又沒辦理任何業務,單純訊問,要身份證字號的行為確實已經違法了。所幸當下我拒絕給身份證字號,電話那頭行員又說「你需要辦理新的信用卡、貸款或保險才能辦理保管箱」。說也奇怪,我打了6間第一銀行都不用,就你們這間有附加條件,這絕對錯誤,這間分行自行增加業務規定,並不代表一銀;也可能行之有年,便宜行事。總的來說,這間分行不是爛的服務,是根本沒有服務;想從客戶身上挖掘出個資資訊,再用附加條件強迫客戶購買金融商品,就算我有一銀的存摺,我也不會去這間分行。爛的銀行終將成為過去,沒有服務又想投機取巧,當屬這間分行。請大家去這間分行,要小心了。
