自己不合規定,還大小聲?可以不要辦啊!誰拜託妳來辦了,這種資質令人不敢恭維,真丟臉,原來客人的資料或文件,誰都可以問,誰都可以拿,這樣怎麼保障客戶?這樣我也怕我的資料被你們銀行外流欸!
而且我現在才知道,需要自己方便就罵人,發脾氣,罵完就可以得逞?可憐的櫃檯人員,我在旁邊看了都覺得你們的員工太無理取鬧了吧,難道我為了我自己方便,我之後去貴行辦事情,也這麼做嗎,只要吵吵嚷嚷就能搞定。
