看了許多前人的精彩經驗,想說這麼大間又老字號的第一銀行又號稱是“竹科分行”應該不會到現在都還是毫無改進吧?(竹科人都很急?若效率不彰可能客戶都跑光光?)抱著估且一試的想法,今天利用公司午休時間去辦第一銀行強推的ileo網路銀行帳戶事宜(密碼被鎖)。進了銀行一開始就覺得有點怪怪,居然是警衛伯伯招呼我,感覺還比行員還專業,一直熱情詢問我要來辦什麼業務,並拉著我指導我操作電腦,但不幸的,我的case弄了半天,還是要到綜合櫃檯排隊。想說等就等吧,但果不其然,該碰到的還是跑不了,抽號後要等待三個人,但綜合櫃檯只有一位在中午時間服務,觀察了一下應該是做事相當仔細(或說不甚熟練?另外的一般櫃檯則觀察到常有一堆人在一起研究客戶的case要如何辦理),故我等了整個午休時間還是沒有輪到我。只能說是百聞不如一見,等待的客戶比提供服務的行員多,在旁邊忙自己事情的行員(沒事做!?)也比提供服務的行員多。可能還是要怪我自己為何要挑大家都要午休及吃飯的時間來呢?真是不懂將心比心啊!活該等到我的午休時間已到,一事無成的回公司繼續工作也是我應該的。真的建議大家若要前往該分行必要先有強壯的心理建設。若第一銀行相關人士有看到眾客戶的反應,若真的還想做生意,看來是必須要盡快改進此情況!

只是要換個卡片而已 就不能安靜讓我等一下嘛 我就想換新的 一直吵 感覺真的很差 然後 又一直叫我辦信用卡 我已經有一張了 我來了第三次 第一次陪朋友開戶 我換個卡片明明就可以直接給新的說要等一個禮拜 而且還不是櫃檯專員跟我說 第二次 是 領信用卡 第三次則是自己換卡片 來得三次感覺都很不開心 也覺得為什麼 不要打擾客人有很難嗎 如果有問題自己就可以詢問了不是嗎? 已經忍無可忍了 給完號碼牌也等了很久 然後又被煩 拜託可以改進一下嗎? 有什麼問題 也是櫃檯人員跟我們說吧 整體來說 要不是為了有什麼重大的事情 也很近 應該也沒什麼人想再來這間辦理吧

建議各位竹科大大如使用預約功能利用中午休息時間出來辦理業務的,請務必記得抽預約一張、現場再抽一張,不然會白等很久,眼睜睜看著晚來的人先辦好…只是單純的匯款。 臨櫃態度是不錯,但預約制度請加油

超級沒效率,中午跑了兩次都等不到, 浪費時間...一個客戶起碼40分鐘起跳..還在聊天..也沒看後面一堆人 大家可都是請假來辦事情的...以前在光復路的時候還不會這樣.. 打算去別間開戶了

1/20 中午12點左右到現場 感受很好 先說我第一銀行20年前開戶 還沒有手機號碼 這次辦理業務就是要新增手機 才能通過數位銀行辦理的第一關 才能享用iLEO 6%的回饋 第一次去城煌廟的分行 進去抽單後是警衛招呼 雖然有關心我辦什麼業務抽單 但是沒跟我說要先填什麼 我就能待在那邊 一直看著櫃台上兩個窗口 動也不動 等了一個小時 結果沒辦成功 (因為我自己也忘了帶開戶印章 20年了 金融卡也不見了) 1/20 再跑一次 想說就近竹科辦好 (因為iLEO信用卡已經開卡好了 還是要處理一下) 1/20 一進去 不是警衛 是個正妹過來 很親切的關心我 是不是利用午休時間出來 要趕1點回去 知道我的問題後 就拿一堆表單給我 在我號碼沒到之前 幫忙我處理好所有該填的東西 過了30分鐘輪到我 上到櫃台 就很快速驗證身分 設定好 大約不到10分鐘就處理好 (因為覺得過程很順 再手刀辦了一張桃園卡) 正妹也解釋 現在開戶真的很複雜 她有6年開戶櫃台經驗 才能加速處理 我也反應 一銀開戶真的有比較慢 我去中信/兆豐 都沒等那麼久 本來就給一分評價 正妹就說到網路上給了低評價 的確是有待改進 總之 中午時間一小時真的很趕 能遇到正妹加上5星服務 真好~~
