糟糕的服務,效率速度超級慢?? 如果要在這做療程請三思,退款服務的部分超級慢 服務過程跟其他家比,也沒有其他醫美細心,最後敷保濕時叫客人自己抓時間時間到就可以走了,(服務的人就走了?)最後保濕化妝棉要請自行到廁所丟棄哟各位^_^ (可能他們客人太多了吧?) 雖然不是花幾十萬的費用,但也花了4.5萬做一次性的玻尿酸,真的不多,也不是花了錢就是大爺的態度,服務也很普通,有好有壞(客服態度很好,也不是每個做事人員都這麼差勁) 療程服務過程就不說了,我得說說辦理退款的部分,這個效率極低 因為之前溝通時有先申請零卡分期,但後來療程改直接現金繳納,療程當天現金的部分已經全數繳給診所,照理說應該當天就應該幫我退零卡分期的費用,才不會我要付兩次費用,診所收兩次錢! 結果又拖了一個月,直接讓我的賬單零卡分期變成逾期遲繳,本來不應該發生此事的事情,就血淋淋的發生在我身上????從逾期(2月中)開始我就開始兩頭忙,零卡部分也聯絡,君綺客服的部分也聯絡,雙邊我各聯絡了3/4次,我嫌煩,我還怕他們感覺遇到奧客^_^ 我也不想當這種小咖又囉哩八嗦的! 不過他們處理案件效率慢讓我逾期繳費,被一直催繳,但是我明明就已經現金繳費了,這診所的效率各位請三思?? 我相信大品牌醫美用的東西應該不會差,但是服務態度細心程度,自行評估,畢竟醫美是用在我們自己身上,在服務過程還有後續應該要注意的,如果不如預期,千萬不要讓自己花錢又勞心,像我療程那些就算了,服務過程可能不如我預期但都可接受,畢竟沒有離譜的地方,就是他們在行政辦理的效率,很不ok! 而且不應該發生的事情(分期沒取消成功)還讓他發生? 本來想說發生這種事情,吃了點虧,以後頂多不去,以後身邊的人不推薦,也會請他們避免像我一樣吃了同樣的虧, 但真的讓人太生氣了^_^ 在我留言2/25的當下,事情也還沒處理好^_^ (我一月底1/25就做完的療程~現在已經二月底~) 我是小咖,以後不會去,因為因為金額太小,做事效率不被重視 如果需要花更多錢,我也不會去,怎麽知道會不會花了更多錢,換到了更驚恐的經驗? 在君綺,進度處理,無語,讓人憤怒。
