★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天傍晚5點多去買8吋巧克力蛋糕，晚上慶生時，外表正常，切開蛋糕完全軟爛，沒辦法切好一片，不知道是否做的就是軟爛視覺及口感，草莓也都變成乾，看起來就像隔夜的….吃了幾口沒辦法再吃下去，自己忘了訂蛋糕，花8百多學教訓…臨時去買，第一次買也是最後一次！

員工的教育訓練 有待加強。
麵包是真的好吃，咖啡也不錯
假如能改善上述的缺點，其實整體來說都還不錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年小孩生日時買了10吋夏之戀的蛋糕帶去學校完全沒有問題，大家也都很開心！
但今天買了10吋的草莓滿溢，不僅外型跟圖片完全不一樣，甚至還融化?，從馥漫豐原店到學校不過10分鐘路程，看著老師將蛋糕冰在冷凍才安心離去，下午接小孩下課卻看到蛋糕的圖片，多令人失望啊～
只能怪我自己在領取蛋糕時，沒有請店員打開盒子讓我確認蛋糕是否完整，也怪我太相信馥漫的品管，才如此失望?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看官網購買母親節活動標示不清就算了，購買聚一聚母親節蛋糕，水果都是泡糖水甜，草莓很酸就算了，重點是上面還插著生日快樂，我購買母親節蛋糕為什麼上面是生日快樂，回來切蛋糕家人看到都傻眼???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soso chained bakery, pricy Taiwanese bread not exactly the kind I like, most of them are sweetened. Lousy drinks but cheap. During Feb.,2020 they didn't cover all the breads so I stopped buying from them, They have changed now, warp some and cover some. Before 2020, Many times I saw the clearks still came to work even if they caught a cold, my friend said it's Taiwanese spirit. The clearks are always chatting. Seems enjoy themselves.
