松子青醬雞肉焗烤飯
還有玻璃薯條及地瓜們
是我們今日菜單
和風明太子依然是高水準非常不馬虎的食材
兼好吃外，今天想特別介紹青醬的部分
我個人不會特別點跟青醬有關的食物
但福德洋行是自製的青醬特別濃郁又不會膩口
跟焗烤蔬菜們及嫩嫩的雞肉一起口感非常～搭
反正都很好吃啦❤️

Hefeng Mentaiko Fisherman's Seafood Noodles (my personal favorite)
Chicken Baked Rice with Pine Nut Green Sauce
And glass fries and sweet potatoes
is our menu for the day
Hefeng Mentaiko is still a high-level, very unsloppy ingredient
In addition to being delicious, today I want to introduce the part of green sauce in particular
I personally don't order food related to green sauce in particular
However, the home-made green sauce is very rich and not greasy
It tastes great with grilled vegetables and tender chicken~
It's delicious anyway ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前有來過 ，今天來旗山老街走走，因肚子餓了所以與老公開心想要再次光臨 但是讓我很失望 5:12打電話問有營業嗎？聽電話的那一方說有 下午5點（但門還沒有開）我們當時就在外面大門口 電話裡說廚師還在買菜 ，還沒有來 也沒有電話告知我們可以進來先點餐 我可以馬上為你們開門， 餐廳不都是要為每日服務提早作準備？ 還是不差我們，不知道老闆觀感如何？
I have been here before. Today I came to Qishan Old Street for a walk. I was hungry so my husband and I wanted to come again, but I was disappointed. Called at 5:12 to ask if they were open? The party on the phone said it was 5pm (but the door was still open) and we were on the phone outside the gate saying that the chef was still buying food, and there was no call to tell us that we could come in and order first. When you open the door, don't restaurants have to prepare in advance for daily service? Still not bad for us, do not know how the boss feels?

很喜歡他們的義大利麵，醬汁都是比較濃郁黏在麵上，不是很水的那種。
奶油味/奶香濃郁
咖哩味/咖哩粉味道表現直接
青醬味/羅勒醬味沒有很濃郁
雞肉的表皮非常酥脆，肉質很軟嫩！
套餐的沙拉份量很多，醬汁好吃，很推薦！
咖啡也很不錯！
Nice atmosphere and good service.
I like their pasta very much, the sauce is more rich and sticky on the surface, not very watery.
Creamy / creamy
The taste of curry / curry powder is directly expressed
Green sauce flavor/basil sauce flavor is not very strong
The skin of the chicken is very crispy and the meat is soft and tender!
The salad portion of the set menu is large and the sauce is delicious, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meal started with ice cold water in a glass pitcher. This should be standard at every restaurant, but is almost unheard of in Taiwan.
The food was good and the prices were even better. And the place was very clean.
