★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健身教練離職、館址搬遷，都沒有人通知，突然有人來電，我們委婉地說，因為疫情，我們也不方便去，還是看課程如何處理，再麻煩聯絡我們，等了一段時間，都沒有人聯繫，我們想說來問看看好了，接著換律師回電，說合約早已失效~看你們要繼續運動，還是怎麼樣，我就是來解決糾紛的，我們公司有3個律師，我一天打10幾個這種電話……自顧自地講……
詢問相關問題，律師回答，其他人員離職、搬遷什麼經營面的事情，他都不管，他的工作就是公司要IPO，他們要處理債權…
我們沒有要退費，也可以自動放棄剩餘的課程，但這樣被處理的方式與態度，真的很難令人認同，跟當時要我們簽約，完全是兩副臉孔，我們只是報名了健身房課程耶，為什麼會弄得像黑道在喬事情，超傻眼……

We didn’t ask for a refund, and we could give up the rest of the courses automatically, but the way we were dealt with and the attitude was really hard to agree with. We were asked to sign a contract with us at that time, and it was completely two faces. We just signed up for gym courses Yeah, why do you make it look like a gangster in Joe's affairs, super dumbfounded...
