因為一開始就已經有把卡片拿出來給服務人員看了，等到加完油之後才被告知不能刷這張卡，有被欺騙的感覺，總公司是否該去查核各加油站站的服務品質？
The gas station here is said to be a Formosa Plastics franchise station, but cannot use the Formosa Plastics co-branded card to refuel. Customers have to use cash to refuel to get 1 yuan per liter. Said the credit card machine has not been sent! And there is no notice saying that credit cards cannot be used, only cash!
Because the card was shown to the service staff at the beginning, and it was told that the card could not be swiped after the gas was filled, and I felt cheated. Should the head office check the service quality of the gas stations?
