Located in a quiet alley in the middle of the noisy, it is like a small building at the bottom of the river under the elevated truck on Xinsheng North Road. The small entrance has the word Welfare Society, but the downstairs is a unique cave. The design of the exhibition hall is in a simple building. Ge praised Foji, the division of exhibition booths and the care of exhibition management, the community art in Taipei City is more beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在地下室，很寧靜，展覽佈置的也很用心，唯一的缺點是出去時開門要小心腳步，因為門打開的的半徑有點大，要踩下一格才好開啟。
In the basement, it is very quiet and the exhibition layout is very careful. The only drawback is that you must be careful when opening the door when you go out because the radius of the door opening is a bit large.
